This Friday "After Autumn"

Welcome to Life After Autumn.
The meaning of the name After Autumn:
The word Autumn was chosen because it's the season where things begin to die. Leaves fall to the ground and the grass stops growing. The name of the band is actually somewhat of a question eluding to what happens after death? It's a question that no one in this world could get away from. A question that one day we'll all have to face whether we like it or not. No one likes to talk about death which is why After Autumn sings about life. Real life.
On a personal level without our music, you'll find 4 very normal people trying to live life to the fullest. We have jobs, families, friends, commitments, problems etc. Normal as it gets with the added "band" factor.
Everyone in the band has one major thing in common that unites us more than even our music. Faith. Faith in what? As we all go through life with it's ups and downs we all come to a conclusion that we need a purpose. Why are we here? Why do we exist? Faith sometimes looks different for two groups of people who say they have faith in the same thing. How could anyone know what to have faith in.
The members of After Autumn have their faith in Jesus Christ. We don't label our music "Christian Music" or "Christian Rock" just as a band who has lyrical sexual overtones don't get labeled as "Sex Rock" or a band that has lyrical overtones concerning depression don't get labeled "Depression Rock". Bands write and play songs about things that matter to them. Our faith matters to us.
Jesus Christ changed our lives and we now have hope for tomorrow and love towards our fellow man. We've found purpose. You won't find us shoving Christ down your throat as it would leave a bad taste in your mouth of who He really is. We'd rather tell you what He's done in our lives and have you decide. You owe it to yourself to forget about everything you've ever heard/thought about "religion". Start asking yourself questions like "Who am I? What is my purpose? What happens after I die?" Search to find your answers and don't stop until you do. There is life after autumn.
